Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation
- After you complete checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email summarizing your items, shipping address, and payment details.
- Fulfillment & Handover
- We carefully inspect and package each Apple product in its original factory-sealed box. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Customs, Duties & VAT

- While we cover shipping costs, any import duties, taxes, or VAT levied by your government are your responsibility. These charges vary by country and the declared value of the package.
- Declared Value & Customs Documentation
- We declare each package’s contents accurately as “Electronic Goods” (Apple-branded device) with a value equal to your purchase price in USD. This helps reduce customs delays.

Packaging & Handling

- Outer Packaging

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Expedited or Alternative Shipping Options

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- China Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes where local postal services support ePacket or standard parcel delivery. If your country’s postal system allows it, you can use a P.O. Box for delivery.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
- We can ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Packages transit through the U.S. Military Postal Service (MPS) before final delivery, which may extend transit time to 3–5 weeks due to additional security screenings.
- Ensure your address follows USPS guidelines for military mail to avoid delays.
