We value every customer and do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your purchase and want to shop with us again. If you do run into an issue and need to return or exchange an item, we’ve outlined all the steps and instructions clearly in our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window
You may request a return for all products within 90 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original, unopened packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items).
Defective or Incorrect Items
Damages in Transit
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it was mishandled in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product itself.
Manufacturer Defects
If a product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, we will authorize a return or exchange.
Incorrect Items Shipped
If we send you the wrong product (model, color, or specification), notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and ship the correct item to you.
Return Process
Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
If eligible, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Refund Method
Cryptocurrency: If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency amount based on the USD equivalent at the time of the original purchase. We will initiate the refund within 1 business days after inspecting the return. Depending on network congestion, it can take 1–2 business days for the refunded coins to appear in your wallet.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (different color, model, or specification), you must first return the original product per the Return Process. After, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, notify us within 12 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipping
Once your order has shipped via China Post (you have received a tracking number), it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return once the package arrives by following the standard return process.
